With a 55-year legacy as one of the premier destinations for meetings and events, Trump National Doral Miami stands prepared and ready to welcome back programs, providing signature luxury service with enhanced policies and procedures that ensure peace of mind. In support of its industry partners, the resort is proud to offer new, flexible and low-risk contract terms as well as a greater variety of concessions. To help facilitate site selection for planners, the group sales team recently produced a virtual site inspection video, incorporating all-new footage of the resort’s 100,000 square feet of indoor venues and 75,000 square feet of outdoor event space.

Meet with peace of mind

Already an established leader in wellness, Trump Doral has adopted a variety of new policies and procedures to ensure the health and wellbeing of its members, guests and associates. In addition to associates in face coverings and increased cleaning and disinfecting practices, the resort has implemented socially distanced check-in, contactless guest directories and menus via QR codes as well as socially distanced lounge seating. Touchless hand sanitizer stations and informative signage have been placed throughout the property, and all guests are asked to exercise social responsibility and follow the CDC’s guidelines of social distancing, wearing facial coverings and washing hands frequently.

Meeting and event attendees can be assured that all public spaces, meeting rooms and event equipment undergo a rigorous cleaning and disinfection process. EPA-registered heavy-duty, hospital-grade Ecolab and Diversey disinfectants are utilized to sanitize, with an emphasis on frequently touched objects and areas. Additionally, the resort recently installed an integrated UV light system to help further fight airborne viruses and contaminants.

Ideal for enjoying fresh air, yearlong South Florida sunshine and natural social distancing, golfers taking on the challenge of one of the resort’s four championship courses will notice only a few minor changes. Tee times must now be booked in advance and can no longer be placed in person, and players are encouraged to abide by social distancing guidelines at all times.

The Trump Spa has also reopened its doors to the public with revised hours and a new service menu. In compliance with state and local ordinances, some amenities including the locker rooms, steam, jacuzzi, cold plunge and sauna are unavailable at this time.
