Cincinnati is transforming the future of meetings with an $800 million investment in its Downtown Convention District. It all starts in November with the grand opening of the Elm Street Plaza, a fully programmable, customizable two-acre outdoor space perfect for events and activations. January 2026 marks the reopening of Cincinnati’s 750,000-square-foot Convention Center. With skyline views from a rooftop terrace and cutting-edge upgrades, the redesigned space features advanced technology, modern security, and sustainability investments.

In 2028, the brand new Marriott Headquarters Hotel will offer expanded meeting space, retail, and a rooftop event terrace—all connected to the Center by a skywalk. Surrounding it all is Cincinnati’s vibrant, walkable downtown, where attendees can explore dining, entertainment, and attractions on foot or by taking advantage of the free streetcar service.
