
The St. Regis Deer Valley, less than a mile from Park City’s historic Main Street, is just 35 miles from the completely renovated Salt Lake City International Airport (SLIC). SLIC features many daily non-stop flights, ensuring that guests can depart their hometowns in the morning and arrive at The St. Regis Deer Valley by noon, eliminating unproductive travel days. Guests arrive at the Resort in spectacular fashion via the Resort’s world-class funicular, designed by carriage makers to kings, or by a private undulating drive with breathtaking vistas of the Jordanelle Reservoir.
The St. Regis Deer Valley offers over 16,155 SF of premier interior meeting space outfitted with state-of-the-art meeting technology. An additional 16,589 SF of outdoor meeting and event space offers spectacular views of the Wasatch Mountains. Indoor venues include the 2,814 SF Astor Ballroom, the 1,652 SF Wasatch Room and the 703 SF Wine Vault. Outdoor venues include the 6,000 SF Astor Terrace and the 2,400 SF Grand Lawn. Events often feature a mix of indoor and outdoor venues, such as an event outdoors on the Grand Lawn followed by dinner indoors at the Astor Ballroom. All outdoor spaces can be tented for Winter or Summer use.
With more than half of the Resort dedicated to public amenities, The St. Regis Deer Valley is perfect for entertaining. The Resort is home to a much-heralded collection of over 200 original pieces of artwork throughout its lobbies. Four unique restaurants are located in the Resort, including RIME, the Resort’s signature restaurant featuring fresh seafood and sustainably sourced prime cuts, with menus by local star chef Matthew Harris; Brasserie 7452, the light-filled French bistro surrounding a three-sided fireplace; the St. Regis Bar & Lounge, with vibrant murals that pay tribute to the history of Park City, supple leather seating and menus to complement the libations; and the Mountain Terrace, perfect for an al fresco lunch or après ski refreshment. Enjoy dinner in the sophisticated and sleek Wine Vault with over 10,000 bottles and 1,200 different labels. The 703 SF space can accommodate up to 50 people, with the perfect ambiance for an intimate event, dinner or meeting.
Two new outdoor dining experiences that opened in 2021 have been a resounding success. Yurt Village, located on the Resort’s Ski Beach and open during ski season, consists of three private yurts, each seating eight and each with its own distinctive theme. For ski season 2021/ 2022, an open-sided bar will be added. The St. Regis Beer Garden opened in Summer, 2021 and offers casual seating with light fare, the Resort’s signature seasonal beers and lawn games including Axe Throwing, Spikeball, and Bocce Ball.
The Resort also includes the 14,000 SF Remède Spa with its unique water feature whereby freshwater from an outdoor waterfall stream inside, forming a river that runs through the center of the spa and cascades into a glistening pool, and 11 treatment rooms offering state-of-the-art face and body treatments. The 3,330 SF, state-of-the-art Athletic Club features panoramic windows and is immediately adjacent to the year-round two-tier heated outdoor infinity pool. Multiple fire pits, a 40-foot long Garden of Fire, and a slope-side Ski Beach with chaise lounges beckon guests to spend time in the great outdoors.
The St. Regis Deer Valley’s Library is an intimate setting, offering 1,176 SF of meeting space and can comfortably seat 44. The Library can also be divided in half, with each half seating 22, perfect for a smaller meeting or reception.
Creating a truly seamless experience for guests is The St. Regis Deer Valley’s legendary Butler Service. A St. Regis hallmark, the twenty-four-hour Butler Service ensures that all guests receive five-star treatment. Suite guests are bestowed with additional Butler Services such as packing and unpacking, garment pressing, complimentary in-room coffee and tea and round-the-clock assistance for every need.
At its Bloody Mary Clinics, a favorite among groups, guests learn how to create the Hotel’s legendary 7542 Bloody Mary, which is named for the altitude of the Resort (7,542 feet high). Lessons are available with the Resort’s culinary and dessert chefs, to learn to make special entrées or no-fail desserts. Every evening at sunset the Resort hosts a Champagne Sabering on the Mountain Terrace. Guests are treated to a complimentary champagne tasting and groups are able to learn how to saber a bottle with one of the Resort’s sommeliers. The nightly S’mores Tradition invites guests to design their own decadent treats around the Astor Terrace fire pit.
