Palms Casino Resort First to Offer 24-Hour Checkout

Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas is the first major hotel in the United States to offer a 24-hour checkout program, according to Daniel R. Lee, CEO of Palms Casino Resort.

“We are very proud to be the first major hotel in the U.S. to offer 24-hour checkout to our guests,” said Lee. It is a simple concept: For example, if a guest checks in at 8 p.m. on a Friday, they will be allowed to enjoy the room until 8 p.m. on their day of departure. We think this is a benefit many of our guests will appreciate and certainly enjoy.”

The quick and easy process starts at www.Palms.com. Guests note their anticipated check-in time on the website (standard check-in time is at 3 p.m.), and upon arrival, guests provide the hotel with a mobile phone number to communicate via text message. On the day of departure, the guest receives a reminder text about the scheduled departure time. Guests also can check out via text message.

Palms Casino Resort is in the midst of a property-wide renovation, having recently renovated its Ivory Tower guest rooms, Race and Sports Book, N9NE Steakhouse and Ghostbar.
