The Westin Lake Las Vegas is a destination resort nestled in the desert-mountains, just 17 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. It is known for its golf with access to three courses including the Jack Nicklaus designed, 18-hole, Reflection Bay golf course. Exceptional cuisine at the AAA Four-Diamond, award-winning restaurant, Marssa Steak & Sushi, is among the resort’s notable services and amenities. The Westin Lake Las Vegas offers 493 guest rooms and suites in a picturesque setting for meetings and events with 100,000 sf of indoor and outdoor space including gardens and lawns, terraces and poolside decks, lakeside beaches, elegant ballrooms and executive boardrooms, accommodating groups from 10 to 2,100 guests.
“We’re going to reinvent the resort with a $15 million-refresh giving it a new look and feel and creating a space where the locals want to hang out, socialize and dine.” said Linda Propoggio, director of sales and marketing of Pacifica Host Hotels. “Our guests get the benefit of our lake location featuring breathtaking views, complimentary kayaking, paddle boarding, beach swimming and multi-pool access, complete with waterslide and kids’ zone!”
The Westin Lake Las Vegas is high on the list of top meeting destinations in the nation due to its year-round great weather, easy accessibility by air and moderate airfares. The resort offers group meeting planners the resources for productive business agendas with a vacation experience for conference attendees, all in one.
“We’re the perfect work and play host,” said Carlton Werner, general manager of The Westin Lake Las Vegas and regional vice president of operations of Pacifica Host Hotels. “We are excited to showcase all the features of the resort combined with our ideal location uniquely offering the best of both worlds: resort ambience and the tranquility of nature, yet with the exciting nightlife of the Las Vegas Strip just a short drive away.”
