Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch, the premier Arizona desert resort located at the base of the majestic McDowell Mountains, introduces new wellbeing-focused group experiences for 2024. The new activities range from pickleball tournaments to group fitness classes led by local professional instructors.

“As groups and meeting planners increasingly prioritize health and wellness, we are thrilled to debut a new menu of group experiences focused on wellbeing,” said Vincent De Croock, Director of Sales and Marketing at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa. “When groups book a meeting at our beautiful Sonoran Desert resort, they will have access to a wide variety of health-inspired activities paired with dedicated event professionals who will help to tailor the experiences to fit the wellness goals and preferences for each experience.”

As pickleball continues to grow in popularity, the resort offers eight newly resurfaced pickleball courts and two tennis courts ideal for group tournaments and teambuilding. The resort has also debuted new group fitness classes including all-levels yoga and movement meditation; a “Core & More” Pilates-based class; a cross-training boot camp designed to provide a total body workout; and deep stretch and mobility sessions designed to increase flexibility and release muscular tension.

Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa provides modern and elegant meeting spaces set amongst the stunning desert oasis ambiance. It features multiple outdoor spaces including a Desert Garden surrounded by mesquite trees, the Terrace Court featuring spectacular views of the McDowell Mountain range, a Palm Grove accented with towering palm trees, and a Waterfall Terrace with sparkling fountains and golf course views. The resort features more than 35,000 square feet of indoor space including two grand ballrooms, the Vaquero and Arroyo Ballrooms, and 14 mid-sized and small meeting spaces to fit the size of any event. Set apart from the resort’s social spaces and high-traffic areas, the venues can easily be sectioned off for a private and exclusive meeting experience.
