San Antonio, Texas – The Hyatt Mid-Size Convention Alliance, a collection of more than a dozen premier downtown and convention hotels between 500 and 1,000 guestrooms throughout the United States, announces an exclusive program to help planners book their 2025-2029 functions.

When groups book a meeting or event at two or more of the hotels in the alliance by December 31, 2026 for functions held before December 31, 2029, they will receive special perks to enhance their experience. Planners who book at two hotels during this timeframe will receive two percent rooms revenue rebate and double World of Hyatt points. Those who book at three hotels earn three percent rooms revenue rebate and triple World of Hyatt points. Additionally, groups who book at four or more of the properties will receive four percent rooms revenue rebate and quadruple World of Hyatt points for their events.
