Despite Enthusiasm, Workforce Lab Study Shows That Many Workers Still Not Using AI

According to a study by Workforce Lab from Slack, nearly every executive feels the need to incorporate artifical intelligence into their business and the amount of leaders aiming to incorporate AI into business in the next 18 months has grown sevenfold since last fall. The amount of other employees using AI has also jumped. And those who use it are reaping the benefits. Eighty-one percent of users report that AI tools are making their productivity better in many ways. But many employees are still not utilizing AI at work.
