ASAE has announced a partnership with Event Farm, a MemberSuite company and leading provider of event engagement solutions. They will be able to leverage CLEAR Health Pass in order to have enhanced screening and safety protocols at the upcoming in-person meetings that are on ASAE’s 2022 events calendar.

To enable in-person events to take place with lower risk to participants, ASAE announced last fall it is requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination for admittance to ASAE in-person meetings and events until further notice. Utilizing the Event Farm Safety Toolkit and its seamless integration with CLEAR Health Pass, ASAE meeting registrants will be able to securely upload and access their COVID-19-related health information prior to an event. ASAE event organizers can then quickly scan the Health Pass and verify at check-in that the attendee’s information matches the registration information and event safety protocols. Additionally, ASAE will be taking safety one step further by leveraging other safety tools within Event Farm’s technology, including crowd control, contactless data exchange, and real-time SMS texting.

“The good news is that meetings and other in-person events are safely taking place now, providing association members and partners with innovative learning and networking opportunities that are ideally afforded in a face-to-face setting,” said ASAE President and CEO Michelle Mason, FASAE, CAE. “However, the safety of our community is still ASAE’s top concern for planning purposes across our events portfolio. This partnership with Event Farm provides a best-in-class, convenient technology solution to ensure the health and safety of everyone invested in the success of ASAE in-person programs.”

“With this partnership with Event Farm in place, ASAE is confidently moving forward using CLEAR Health Pass to provide the best level of safety we can for our members, and we hope to serve as a model for many other associations seeking to bring back their in-person meetings and events safely and confidently,” added Reggie Henry, ASAE’s chief information and engagement officer.

“At Event Farm, we understand that engagement now starts with safety and we’ve been working tirelessly to help rebuild the events industry,” said Event Farm Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer Ryan Costello. “Working alongside ASAE to do that within the association marketplace is incredibly inspiring. Ultimately, we’re in the event engagement business, and if attendees and staff don’t feel comfortable coming together, that becomes really challenging.”
