Pelican Grand Beach Resort Completes Expansion

The Pelican Grand Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale, part of the Noble House Hotels & Resorts collection, recently announced the completion of a multimillion-dollar expansion, which doubed the on-property meeting and event space — now totaling 10,150 sf — with the creation of two oceanfront ballrooms and terraces, as well as two new penthouses.

The resort added the 1,400-sf Atlantic Ballroom, located just steps from the beach. The new ballroom affords views of the Atlantic Ocean and accommodates up to 120 guests. Directly above, the new 2,678-sf Atlantic Terrace provides a roof-top location with an outdoor setting. Both were created to exemplify a sophisticated coastal-chic design, embodying the essence of Florida with its natural tones and remarkable oceanfront views.

In addition, the 156-room boutique resort now offers the 2,055-sf Ocean View Ballroom, which is located on the 11th floor and boasts floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a balcony and magnificent views of the ocean. Additionally, the new 3,700-sf Ocean View Terrace and Gazebo also offer captivating views whether looking south down Fort Lauderdale Beach or catching glimpses of the Intercoastal Waterway to the west. The Ocean View spaces accommodate up to 150 people for events.

Other new additions include the Sky Suite penthouse on the 12th floor, which features panoramic views from a 75-foot terrace, a private dining room for eight guests, an exclusive elevator; and the Pure Suite, on the 11th floor.
