U.S. Travelers Will Be Able to Skip the Line at London Heathrow in 2019

No one wants to hit a standstill at airport immigration — it’s like being slapped in the face after a long flight. Isn’t there an app for this, you wonder? Luckily, starting next year, travelers with passports from the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Japan will soon be able to “jump the queue” on arrival at London Heathrow, using electronic passport gates previously reserved for EU passport holders.
