at 57-room former Gilded Age mansion in the heart of Lenox

LENOX, Mass. – On the heels of its transformation from seasonal inn to stylish boutique hotel, The Berkshires’ storied Seven Hills has unveiled sophisticated new event spaces and services for groups meeting in Lenox.  Ideal for high-level executive gatherings and corporate retreats, the former Gilded Age estate offers groups the opportunity to buy out the 57-room hotel for an exclusive experience. Seven Hills has also hired a director of sales and events, Cassandra Redel, to ensure every detail runs smoothly. Redel brings to her position a wealth of expertise in event planning and design and has lent her skills to some of the most beautiful locations worldwide.

Stylish spaces for up to 170
Seven Hills’ original 1911 mansion, the Manor House, offers an open floor plan and 5,000 square feet of air-conditioned function space, including the Hawthorne Music Room accommodating 150 and Wharton Ballroom accommodating up to 170. The smaller Spencer Parlor and Housatonic Dining Room with adjoining outdoor terrace are ideal for more intimate gatherings and breaks. In warm weather, the hotel’s Manor Terrace is perfect for a mid-morning break in the fresh air or an evening reception overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds.

Team-building and leisure activities
Easily accessible from points throughout the Northeast, Seven Hills’ Berkshires setting serves as an inspiring environment for productive meetings and creative thinking. The sprawling lawn offers plenty of space for team-building activities and classic lawn games between meetings. Seven Hill’s central location in Lenox—the heart of the Berkshires—is just minutes from abundant opportunities for group outings in the great outdoors, from a round of golf to a zip-lining adventure, as well as world-class cultural attractions from Tanglewood to the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art.

Meetings support

Groups meeting at Seven Hills can work with the hotel’s preferred AV partner and choose from a list of preferred caterers for food and beverage functions. In addition, the hotel’s new Plunkett Lounge serves breakfast (7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Monday through Friday; 8 to 11 a.m. on weekends), as well as a light bites menu and cocktails in the evening (5 to 9 p.m. on weekdays and to 10 p.m. on weekends).

Complimentary WiFi in public spaces and all guest rooms keeps attendees connected to home and office throughout their stay. Seven Hills’ guest rooms and suites are well-furnished for business guests, including some with kitchenettes
