San Diego Convention Center Expansion Study Is a Go

A  study that could determine the fate of a convention center expansion was given the go-ahead by the board that oversees San Diego’s bayfront facility, according to a report in UTSanDiego.com.

The Convention Center Corp. board will contract with Convention, Sports & Leisure International (CSL), to analyze the pros and cons of alternative expansion scenarios, taking into account the changing trends in the meetings and trade show industry.
