Orlando’s Convention Center Could Get Major Facelift

Recommendations for improvements at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, include a new parking garage, a shuttle system and a better connector between the North and South concourses, according to a report in the Orlando Sentinel.

“We have business on the books through 2030,” said Kathie Canning, the convention center’s executive director. “So we have no choice but to look ahead and, with what’s already been invested by the county, what you really need to do is make sure we’re providing what the customer is looking for.”
