Next Level Performance Names Dave Dittman as President

Next Level Performance announced the appointment of Dave Dittman as the new President of the company. As President, Dittman will have the responsibility for all Next Level Performance operating units. He takes over for Jim Dittman who remains as Chairman.
A 30-year veteran of Next Level Performance, Dave Dittman has worked closely with every business unit and has been a driving force behind the company’s success. He has formed and maintained valuable relationships with clients, vendors, and employees that allow the company to be a strategic and innovative partner to their customers, as well as a highly-engaged and peak-performing organization.
After spending his first years at Next Level in Finance, Dittman has worked to acquire, maintain, and grow top accounts for the company. He has played a major role in helping many organizations to improve their culture, generate results, and motivate employees to deliver their best efforts.
His hand in developing best-in-class solutions for both recognition and rewards and incentive travel has made Next Level Performance an industry leader, most recently with the launch of the next generation online recognition solution, Applaudit.
