LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, Florida, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts collection, unveiled on September 5 a million-dollar makeover to their world-class meeting and event space. The resort debuted extensive enhancements to both the Vanderbilt and Bayview Ballrooms and Terraces, community spaces surrounding the conference center, as well as the restrooms and famous “Lantern Lane.”
Ideal for innovative events and distinguished meetings, the 5,000-sf Vanderbilt Ballroom and 3,045-sf Bayview Ballroom have been remodeled with a sophisticated sunny-chic design, embodying the essence of Florida and its diverse landscapes with natural earth tones and dust wood cypress finish throughout. Other improvements include custom bent-glass chandeliers along with a complete LED lighting package, in addition to new carpet, air walls and one-of-a-kind, hand picked art created exclusively for LaPlaya.
Behind the scenes, meeting planners and event-goers enjoy cutting-edge technology, including Janus digital displays, indoor/outdoor sound system, Sonos touch-screen sound interface systems and a comprehensive Lutron lighting system, as well as an upgraded Wi-Fi network and wireless Internet.
Overlooking picturesque Vanderbilt Bay, LaPlaya’s outdoor Terraces, Vanderbilt and Bayview, now showcase cypress wood ceilings accompanied by custom furniture, drapery, lanterns and fans devised solely for the resort, as well as LCD display screen.
In addition, renovations to the surrounding restrooms and famous “Lantern Lane” have also been made. The remodeled restrooms include custom Italian Calcutta ceramic tile flooring, electric lighted mirrors, Calcutta quartz countertops, touch-less appliances, as well as stylish antique jade coloring.
The beachfront resort features crisp blue cabanas alongside four cascading rock-waterfall pools, beach fire-pits, thatched roof tiki bar, beach butlers, a David Leadbetter Golf Academy and exclusive 18-hole Bob Cupp golf course, exotic SpaTerre, oceanside fine dining at Baleen and more.
