Ironworks Hotel brings luxurious lodging to Indy’s north side

Ironworks Hotel Indy, the first boutique hotel on Indianapolis’ north side, has opened as the city’s first location where guests can enjoy rooms and suites inspired by the 19th century capped off with industrial charm and modern amenities.

Adjacent to the Ironworks at Keystone mixed-use apartment and retail complex, Ironworks Hotel Indy offers a lodging experience unique to Indiana. The 100,000-sf hotel features 120 guest rooms, a fitness center and three meeting and conference rooms including the 700-sf Keystone room, the 250-sf Meridian room and the 200-sf Chatham room.

All guest rooms include luxury bedding, 60-75-inch Ultra HD Smart televisions with cable, Guild + Pepper bath products by Gilchrist & Soames, Keurig coffee makers, in-room safes, minibars, room service and Tivoli BT AM/FM Clock Radios. Amenities include complimentary wireless internet, coffee service, shuttle services within five miles, pet-friendly rooms with an additional fee, in-room dining, valet parking, concierge services and business services such as printing, copying and faxing.

Ironworks Hotel Indy will also offer 15,000 sf of street-level retail space, including Massage Heights, a leader of professional, affordable and convenient therapeutic massage and facial services; Blue Sushi Sake Grill, Indianapolis’ first location offering a creative sushi experience; and Cunningham Restaurant Group’s Rize, a breakfast and lunch restaurant open seven days a week that also offers catering. On the second floor, Cunningham Restaurant Group’s Provision will occupy 5,000 sf and feature an outdoor patio for lunch and dinner.

Guests interested in making reservations at Ironworks Hotel Indy can choose between four room options to book now:

  • The Traditional Room features two queen beds or one king bed, a 60-inch television and a spa-like bathroom with a frosted-glass rainforest shower.
  • The Heritage Room features two queen beds or one king bed, a queen-size leather sofa sleeper, a 75-inch television and a spa-like bathroom with a frosted-glass rainforest shower.
  • The Legacy Suite features one king bed, a queen-sized leather sofa sleeper, double-sided 60-inch televisions and a seating area, a spa-like bathroom with a frosted-glass rainforest shower. Legacy Terrace Suites are available with a larger walk-out veranda with a firepit, soft seating and outdoor music.
  • The Founder’s Suite has one king bed, living area, dining for six, double-sided 60-inch televisions, a spa-like bathroom with a frosted-glass rainforest shower and a larger walk-out veranda with a firepit, soft seating and outdoor music available.
