The Incentive Research Foundation (IRF) is pleased to announce its full schedule of monthly research releases and educational programming for 2018. The IRF’s research on non-cash rewards, incentive travel, motivational meetings and recognition is focused on helping businesses develop effective motivational and performance improvement strategies.
“Thanks to the industry’s tremendous support, the IRF invests nearly $500,000 annually on research and education,” said Melissa VanDyke, IRF President. “This support enables the IRF to deliver valuable research and education at no cost to benefit both our core community of industry professionals as well as the general business audience.”
From long-range incentive and recognition trends to design patterns in successful companies to predictive analytics and artificial intelligence, the IRF’s 2018 research schedule highlights the power and changing design of incentive and motivational programs. In order for the research to be accessible by a variety of audiences and learning types, each release will be supported by white papers, webinars, infographics and social media.
