Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch, a premier business and leisure hotel located in the heart of downtown St. Louis on the iconic Gateway Arch grounds, has announced the completion of a multimillion-dollar renovation in conjunction with the renovation and revitalization of the Gateway Arch grounds.

The renovation includes a complete revamp of the property’s 910 guest rooms and private meeting spaces, as well as a re-imagining to the lobby area, offering an updated experience to help promote positive connections and inspirational ideas.

As part of the renovation, the hotel updated its three premiere VIP suites to be functional for dual use as luxury accommodations or ideal venues for small events, private functions, or VIP receptions. The suites include the Presidential Suite, Governor Suite, and Regency Suite, and each features stunning, panoramic views of the Gateway Arch.  They were redesigned with brand new wood floors, updated stylish furniture, chic art and decorations, fireplaces, sleek working spaces, 65-inch high-definition swivel televisions with entertainment systems, in-mirror LCD clocks, and fully-stocked wet bars.  The suites also showcase new, comfortable entertainment areas with unique amenities such as billiards and poker tables.

Additionally, the hotel’s 910 guest rooms were renovated with fresh paint, wall vinyl covering, new carpet and furniture, artwork reflecting the local area, and the addition of the latest 50-inch high-definition televisions with entertainment systems included.  All guest rooms also include complimentary Wi-Fi, iHome alarm clock radios, deluxe bath amenities, video checkout services, and more.

In 2016, Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch completed a re-imagining to its lobby which included a recladding to the columns, an updated color palette, and a redesign of the seating areas to inspire a sense of connection and openness, creating a chic and professional ambiance.

Situated right next to the Gateway Arch, the hotel’s renovation has taken place in line with the Gateway Arch Park Foundation’s major revitalization of the area. The Gateway Arch grounds have transformed into a world-class destination including expanded parks and lawns, foot and bike trails, and easy access linking all the national park’s on-site attractions. With these renovations, the Gateway Arch grounds is the perfect area for team building activities and allows guests to experience one of the nation’s most iconic monuments.

Additionally, Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch has its own event catering team that can provide premium cuisine for meetings and events large or small.  The catering staff creates seasonal menus with the use of local ingredients to provide the freshest and most delicious items. Meal options include classic buffets, plated banquets, premeeting breakfasts, break time meals, lunches, hors d’oeuvres, and the new Personal Preference Dining in which guests can select their main course from four options.
