Hosts Launches Industry-Leading GDPR Program

Hosts Global (Hosts), a strategic Destination Management partner for Meeting and Event Planners worldwide, announced the launch of their first-to-market General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Resource Program as part of their H-Forward initiative and in anticipation of client’s needs.

“To work towards global readiness and consistent execution for our clients in advance of the enforcement deadline, we are proactively rolling out a GDPR Resource Program, and initiating  training with our 55+ member Destination Management Companies (DMC),” said Marty MacKay, DMCP, president of Hosts’ global alliance of DMCs. Hosts’ program provides all Hosts Global DMCs with checklists for creating standard operating procedures, best practice guidelines and training programs led by industry leaders and legal consultants.
