Historic 320 Guest Ranch Completes Renovations

September 9, 2014

320 Guest RanchFollowing the successful launch of a new conference and event center in 2013, the 320 Guest Ranch brings modern luxury and contemporary convenience to the historic property with a major renovation of its guest accommodations and public spaces. Upgrades and design elements reflect the ranch’s authentic Montana ambience, and commitment to environmental initiatives.

The rustic exteriors of the ranch’s 58 cabins, log houses and mountain chalets have been treated, preserved and restained. New tile, carpet, window treatments, plus new mattresses, sofas and easy chairs were installed in each building. New headboards were custom-made by a local craftsman. Ceiling fans and new lamps provide an enhanced atmosphere and save energy. Flat-screen televisions have been installed in all cabins.

The ranch’s renovation features a soft, neutral palette of brown and white complementing golden wood walls and striking wood-burning fireplaces, now fitted with mountain stone. On the walls are original photos of Montana wildlife by noted photographer Michael Haring.

The 320 Guest Ranch is nestled in the heart of the Gallatin River Valley, 15 minutes from Big Sky. The Gallatin Mountain Range and Gallatin National Forest surround the historic ranch and the Gallatin River, one of the world’s top Blue Ribbon fly-fishing trout streams, flows directly through the property just steps away from river front cabin accommodations.

The 320 Guest Ranch offers modern and comfortable cabin accommodations, as well as an authentic Saloon and the 320 Steak House restaurant, featuring big game specialties of the house. In the conference center, meetings and events are supported by a skilled team of conference services professionals.
