Georgia World Congress Center Seeks Developer for Convention Hotel
January 22, 2015The Georgia World Congress Center Authority released a request for qualifications that could lead to a 1,200-room convention hotel in downtown Atlanta.
The Authority is seeking responses from developers specializing in large urban hotels from 800 to 1,200 rooms on the campus of the Georgia World Congress Center, according to a report in the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
