In May of 2016, La Colección, Grupo Posadas’ recently reimagined collection of beach resorts located in Mexico’s most desired locations, embarked on a multimillion-dollar remodel of Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun All Inclusive. Maintaining its traditional Mexican flair and hospitality, the resort’s renovation is almost complete with only one tower left to upgrade. This final remodeling phase is scheduled for completion in April 2017.
The La Colección property has renovated more than 500 premium rooms and suites with numerous upgrades. Improvements include new décor using local materials such as conchuela, a compacted marine shell that maintains a room’s cool temperature; wooden furniture; new electronic lock doors with proximity key; redesigned bathrooms and new modern guest room furniture encompassing all natural materials; hurricane-shock proofed windows; updated rain showers; upgraded USB plugs; new 56-inch Smart TVs in all guest rooms and a faster Wi-Fi connection.
Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun is a proud member of Fiesta Americana Grand Meetings Mexico, an exclusive collection of hotels that offer state-of-the-art facilities and services international meeting planners count on to deliver a grand meeting experience. This property has remained an authentic Mexican-inspired gem in Cancun for groups and incentives because of its unwavering commitment to excellence. Internet connections were upgraded throughout the hotel and the meeting spaces were refreshed. The hotel offers contemporary facilities, state-of-the-art technology and a warm, hospitable staff that takes care of everything necessary to host a truly memorable event.
Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun has been a staple on Cancun’s shores since its inauguration almost 30 years ago — only a few years after the creation of the destination. The resort’s renovation is being conducted one tower at a time. The first phase of this project is already completed, as main towers Torre Mar and Torre Sol have already been remodeled. The full upgrade will conclude with the makeover of Torre Luna in spring 2017.
