Destination Hotels & Resorts announces the addition of the Scottsdale Resort and Conference Center to its growing portfolio. The resort will undergo a series of renovations beginning in 2015, featuring a revitalized, intimate hospitality experience designed to attract both leisure and business travelers as well as a rebranding to support the new positioning and renovations of the resort.

Scottsdale Resort features 326 guest rooms, casitas and suites each with the elegant décor and residential ambiance of private haciendas. With more than 80,000 sf of indoor and outdoor meeting space, the resort features 50 meeting rooms accommodating groups of 10 to 1,000 people. The phased renovations in 2015 will be dedicated to re-concepting the social spaces in the resort including the development of a lobby bar and restaurant, reviving the resort’s existing restaurant outlet and refreshing the resort’s pools and amenities. Guests of the resort will continue to enjoy guaranteed tee times at McCormick Ranch Golf Club’s two adjacent championship golf courses, the Palm and Pine Courses.
The Scottsdale Resort and Conference Center marks the third property operated by Destination Hotels & Resorts in the Phoenix market, joining Royal Palms Resort and Spa and Tempe Mission Palms.
