Convention Center Upgrades Spark Orlando Hotel Growth

The Orlando Sentinel reports that a massive renovation to the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida is sparking major moves among the area’s prominent hotels.
Major theme parks, like Universal and Disney will also be adding to the 7,000 new rooms coming to the central Florida area, with extensive upgrades planned for their resorts.
The convention center is expected to finish its tax-funded renovations by the year 2021
