Condado Plaza Hilton Debuts a New Herb Garden

Located on the rooftop of the hotel’s waterfront meeting space, the Royal Ballroom, the herb garden is the latest addition to the hotel’s gourmet cuisine offerings, and provides team members and hotel guests the opportunity to learn about methods of culinary preparation, simple practices for cultivating at home and suggested recipes.

Offering a variety of bold flavors and tropical aromas chosen by the hotel’s sous chef Nathan Harmon, the herb garden ensures quality ingredients for the herbs most frequently used in the kitchen for guests. Highlights of the new gourmet cuisine offerings are a cilantro watermelon ceviche with handpicked cilantro and oregano, and mint cilantro coconut rice with fresh mint.
