Elegant meeting space.

Refined and renovated meeting space.

This spring the revered Dallas hotel The Adolphus completes an extensive 2-year long reimagining and restoration. The restoration, overseen by local company Swoon the Studio has revived the historic property, re-envisioning it as a destination for meetings and events.

The Adolphus features 407 newly remodeled guest rooms, including 58 executive suites and 7 luxury suites, some with large private terraces for entertaining. The property features 24,000 sf of flexible meeting space divided into 22 rooms, all of which have been redone as part of the renovation.

Groups now enjoy the multiple sitting areas throughout the hotel, many with fireplaces, as well as new restaurants and bars, a spa, rooftop pool and more.

In addition, The Adolphus provides a personal touch when it comes to catering with all hands-service, no use of trays. Instead of the traditional chaffing dish, Le Creuset and All Clad products are used to present food items.

Highlights of the property’s restoration and redesign include:

  • City Hall Bistro — A new contemporary all-day restaurant featuring southern European-inspired cuisine.
  • The French Room — The long-standing Dallas classic has been thoughtfully restored, bringing back French-inspired fine-dining to downtown Dallas.
  • The French Room Bar — With a 42-piece art collection, The French Room Bar and Salon is an ideal destination pre-dinner drinks or post event gathering.
  • Spa Adolphus — new to The Adolphus is a destination-worthy spa.
  • Otto’s — Otto’s is a Viennese-style coffee shop where guests can enjoy beverages by Oak Cliff Coffee Roasters along with quick bites.
  • 19th Floor Ballroom — Once the epicenter of Dallas entertainment for decades, the 19th Floor Ballroom has been restored to become the premier destination for special events in Dallas, with floor-to-ceiling windows and city views.
  • Rooftop Pool — new to the property, guests can now cool off in The Adolphus’ rooftop pool with downtown city views.
