The Adelphi Hotel’s flexible spaces can stand alone for intimate events or meetings or combined to accommodate up to 200 guests.

The new 2,300-sf grand ballroom can accommodate larger groups when combined with The Blue Hen, for private meetings, conventions or weddings. The magnificent venue opens up to the tranquil Adelphi Gardens. The hotel’s drawing room is ideal for cocktail receptions, seated dinners and corporate meetings while the iconic library offers guests flexible space for dinner parties and private celebrations.

The Adelphi’s dining concepts are perfect for intimate corporate dinners, engagement celebrations or family gatherings. Groups can indulge their senses at The Blue Hen, a 1,200-sf glass-walled conservatory housing the Adelphi’s market-style restaurant helmed by Executive Chef Braden Reardon. Morrisey’s, the hotel’s legendary lounge, features a delightful selection of local beers, craft cocktails and a collection of fine wine along with an array of small sharable plates and dishes. Salt & Char has a distinguished wine room, an ideal option for a relaxed group dinner or corporate gathering.
The property features 32 newly redesigned and oversized guest rooms and suites such as the Owner’s Box, a spacious two bedroom suite which includes two living rooms, a 400-sf library and an expansive 500-sf terrace offering an unforgettable view of downtown Saratoga Springs.
